2)Concrete repair turn 1 and turn 4

1)Clean out concessions and bike room
2)Leaves from behind concessions and bike room moved to curb
3)Pressure wash outside of boards from turn 1 to turn 4
4)Bike Room bike issues identification and fixed if possible
