RACE RULES:

DLV Mile: 5 Lap scratch race that is timed from the start line to the finish to try to break the DLV Record (Currently, only the Men have a record – Alex Gill in 1:52:00 from 8/29/15 – B/C & Women will be a new record)

Win-in-Out: The first bell will ring at the lap listed; first rider across after the bell lap wins.) The bell rings a second time, and the next rider across after the bell gets second. A third and final bell rings with third, fourth, fifth, and so on after the third bell. If you win the first or second sprint, please stay on the track until you can safely exit without hindering riders behind you.

Marymor(ish) Crawl: Marymoor with a DLV twist. This event is a two-lap race starting from the boards on the home straight. The first lap is an unknown/yet predetermined amount of time with the timer only knowing the time, then a second lap sprint once the time expires and the bell rings. The time for the first lap begins when all riders roll off and go beyond the start/finish line. Once the time starts, riders can only cross the start/finish once the unknown timed bell has rung. It is then a one-lap sprint to the finish once the bell has rung. Riders can get as close to the start/finish on the first lap without going over, whether by “track standing” or trying to “Guess” the bell. During the timed period, riders can go as slow as they want or “track stand”. Participants cannot roll backward at any point, even to set up to track stand; they cannot touch their tires with their hands or feet to help track stand, touch other riders, or touch the ground with any part of their body, and they must stay on the track surface at all times. Any riders who fail to meet a requirement before the bell must then leave the track immediately WITHOUT touching another rider (unless they’re already off the track from not fulfilling the last rule)

Snowball: One point per lap from start to finish. Rider with the most points win. Lapping the field does not gain additional points. Lapped riders are not eligible for points.

Elimination: This is a true elimination with the last rider of every lap getting pulled until down to the final bell to determine the winner. The race will begin after a neutral lap, on the next lap, and all laps after, the last rider – determined by the back of their rear wheel – will be pulled out of the race. The event will follow UCI Elimination Race 3.2.220 Race Procedure rules.
