This came to me indirectly, from James Darcy.
My partner is on a research team at Georgia Tech doing research on leadership in relatively unstructured or fluid situations. They have chosen to look at cycling teams as a paradigm case where leadership may be open to negotiation, etc. The research team needs responses to a short (14-item) online survey from anyone who is or has been on a cycling team.
