wanted: ~61 cm track bike

I'm looking into getting a track bike and to start riding at the velodrome. I'm 6'4" and have a ~35" inseam. I'm not looking to spend much (~$300-$400), but I figured I would post up here to see if anyone had anything lying around they were looking to get rid of.

I also have a thule roof rack and a panasonic dx4000 I'm willing to barter with.
