I need new clincher tires for the upcoming season. As I only have one pair of wheels the tires will be pulling training as well as racing duty. Any suggestions?

Any kind of better quality racing tire should work good for you, since the actual mileage is generally fairly low on the track they should last for a while. Remember to rotate every now and again to wear both sides evenly on the banking.
