Weekend training

Hi I am Jennifer Schuble a member of the US Paralympic cycling team from Birmingham.   Is anyone training on the weekend's in Oct?  I am getting ready for the UCI paracycling track cycling world championship which is the first week in Nov in Manchester, England, and I would love to have some company.  I am enter in the 500TT and the 3K pursuit, and I ride a 38 sec 500 and 3:57 3K to give you ideal of my abilities.   I have made a deal with Colorado Springs that I would get over to Atlanta and get quality training in so I would not have to miss work to train in Colorado Springs.   I have got to rock the velodrome in Manchester and break WR to prove to COS that I can get quality track time at Atlanta.

I have a couple of guys who will be working out on Saturday or Sundays. Not sure what times they will be there, though Tom comes on Sundays, usually around 10 or 11 AM. The Saturday open training kept going all winter last year, usually starting sometime between 9 and 10 AM.

Sat Oct 10th - Track work day

Just a heads up though...from Jeff's post

"We'll be hosting our post-season work day to get things ready for the cross race, so pull on the work clothes and come down to give us a hand to make our place look great. Saturday October 10th 9am, till things are looking great!!"

And Sat. 31st the track will

And Sat. 31st the track will be closed for Psycho Cross. And a reminder to everyone using the velodrome this winter we need to have signed waivers on file for each rider, as well as a new one in after the 1st of Jan. and that all training fees are paid and upto date. Fee's info can be found here : http://www.dicklanevelodrome.com/pages/racerinfo.html
Also note that we are endeavouring to work on the stream at some point this winter, so we will be closing the track probably for a weekend to get that work done. Not sure when that will be happening yet, still waiting for approval from the powers that be, but we'll give everyone as much notice as we can.
