WTB: 2 Road bikes

For some reason, I've got lots of people coming to me about getting into road riding and I've been asked to help look for bikes for them!

So here goes.

First, I'm looking for a bike in the $500 range, size 49-51cm. Something modern (integrated shift/brake levers, threadless headset, etc.).

Second, a bike in the $200-$250 range, size 52-54cm. This one does not need to be modern, so vintage garage bikes are okay. Obviously the price point is kinda low, but he is caught up in Tour fever and wants to try riding, so hopefully he can find a bike that won't make him hate riding.

Send me a message or talk to me when you show up to pursuit night if you have a bike or have any leads on a bike. Both need to be virtually complete (new tires/bar tape isn't a problem) and ready to ride. They don't need to be tuned up or anything, but not having to replace things is pretty important since that's the max price they can spend.
