Tuesday results?

don't have them yet - results get posted as soon as they are made available - 95% of the time results are posted before the next event

... that someone *can*.

The question to ask is "Will they?"

For the 1st & 3rd Tues, expect results no later than a week from the race date. Unfortunately, that is the best I can do. Please be patient with your volunteer race organizers.

I really don't understand why it takes so long.

I've offered to help but no one takes me up on it. So, I'll just keep whining about it.

Why not just leave it at the track to be picked up on Wednesday?

The goal is to get the results up within a week - which 99% of the time we do. This is really the best that I can promise. The tuesday results were posted on Friday - so we met that goal. There are very few bike races (road, track etc etc) that are held in American that do a better job then us at getting their results up in a timely matter and we have more then 50 events a year at the dlv.

I thought you were going to collect the results and scan them and then email them to me - but I guess that didn't workout? We have had issues with leaving the results at the track as in not being able to find them. So not losing them is much higher on my list then getting them up a day earlier.

We talked about me collecting the scores, but no one of authority made a decision that that was the new plan.

I'll gladly pick them up as long as everyone gets the memo that I'm supposed to do it.

Is that now the plan? (This is when Capt Picard says, "Make it so.")

thinking about the scan plan while not drinking beer - whats the plan when you're not there to collect the results or when you move to wednesdays?

John Dowd inputs all of the results into his computer at the event - the issue has been my email account. But we are off that server now and onto a better one - thanks go to Chris Kelly.

Well, at my current rate, I won't be racing on Wednesdays till next year.

But, if I do actually get off my butt and get better enough to race on Wednesdays, then I'll just have to come down and get them every Tuesday.

Does the same offer extend to the Friday night racing as well?
