DLV Learning Center : ATRA Track Racing Rules

As we continue our series of Learning Center articles, here we have links to both ATRA and USAC track racing rules. For reference, all of our racing here at the DLV is run under the ATRA umbrella. ATRA rules follow the USAC rulebook for the most part, but it is important for those racing at other velodromes and in particular in national championship events to be aware of all of the USAC rules regarding their events.
